Parallel Business Division

Parallel Business is an important empowering segment of C&D Automobile (Group), built upon the foundation of the passenger car business. It aims to meet the increasingly diverse and evolving car ownership needs of consumers by providing specialized financial, insurance, boutique and asset trading services to auto dealership customers.

Financial Services

C&D Automobile collaborates with multiple banks, financial leasing, auto finance and auto financial companies, as well as third-party auto financial service providers. The Company offers customers car mortgage loans and auto financial leasing services, catering to the purchase needs of individual customers as well as providing diverse financial products to secondary car dealers and customers in the auto industry chain.

Financial Leasing

Xiamen Henz Lease Co., Ltd., established in 2014, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Hengchi Finance. It provides not only financial leasing services for individual customers’ car purchases but also meets the financing needs of corporate customers in the passenger vehicle sector (ride-hailing, online ride-sharing and rental) and in the commercial vehicle sector (logistics, urban distribution and travel) sectors.

Insurance Business

C&D Insurance Agency Co., Ltd., established in 2014, is the sole nationwide insurance intermediary service provider in Fujian with a state-owned background. The Company collaborates extensively with major insurance companies nationwide to provide tailored comprehensive insurance solutions for governments, enterprises, institutions and individual customers, including vehicle, property and life insurance.

Accessories and Modification

Xiamen Hengxunjie Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. It serves all business units within C&D Automobile and expands external sales through market development or supplier channels. In 2022, the Company launched the Modification Workshop #9 Project, focused on customized and upgraded services for luxury and ultra-luxury auto brands.

Auction House

Xiamen C&D Auction House Co., Ltd., established in 2017, is currently the only state-owned auction enterprise in Xiamen and an AA-rated enterprise of the China Association of Auctioneers. It specializes in auctions of high-quality state-owned assets, providing high-quality full-process services. The Company is the preferred partner for central enterprises and state-owned enterprises in Xiamen for asset disposition.

Supply Chain

Founded in 2023, Xiamen Jianweizitong Automobile Service Co., Ltd. is a holding company of C&D Automobile (Group), focusing on the supply chain business of medium and high-end vehicles; it links OEMs and end customers, and realizes multiple empowerment of procurement, logistics, warehousing and finance.

Mobility Operation

Jianweitong (Chengdu) Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2023, focusing on the car needs of the middle and high-end market, providing corporate and individual customers with mobility services including short-term self-driving, long-term leasing for government and enterprise, luxury ride hailing, high-end vehicle for airport and hotel pickup, etc.




